Standard Sales Terms, Shipping and Returns

Please read these Terms carefully. By registering for an account on the ACS Luxury Goods Site or otherwise for the Service, or otherwise using the Site or the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to use the Site and the Service in compliance with these Terms. If you are registering for access to, or otherwise accessing or using, the Site or the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you and such company or entity represent and warrant that (i) you have the right and legal authority to bind such company or entity to these Terms; (ii) such company or entity is fully aware of, understands, and agrees to be bound by these Terms (with the terms “you” and “your” as used herein referring to such company or entity), and (iii) you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of such company or entity. If you do not qualify for the Service, or do not agree to these Terms, then you should not and may not register for, access, or use the Site or Service.
Shipping is included. All orders will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days. After processing It can take 1 to 5 business days for an order to be shipped.
We ship nationally (USA) by UPS or FEDEX. Shipments to Hawaii, Guam, Alaska or Puerto Rico can be completed at additional shipment cost.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address must be provided for a signature delivery. Someone 18 years or old will be required to sign for the shipment.
All shipments are insured and video taped before leaving the facility.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH FEDEX OR UPS.
Once the shipment is picked up by the shipping carrier and it is in their possession it is the buyer responsibility to track the shipment and be available during delivery.
If the Shipment is lost or damaged during transport the buyer must file a claim with the shipping company. The buyer will be refunded after the claim is fully processed and approved by the shipping carrier company.
Sales Tax responsibility. The sales tax is included in all our products.
At the present moment all sales are final. Absolutely not return or product exchanges.

All attempts to commit fraud by performing charge backs will be pursued by legal actions with local and federal authorities.
